Party Game: Truth or Dare ("the App", "we", "us") is designed with privacy first. The App requires no account, collects no personal data from you, and sends nothing to our servers.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• Player names and emoji avatars you enter during gameplay exist only on your device, are never transmitted anywhere, and are cleared when you close or reset the game.
• We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other personal details.
• We do not use any analytics SDKs or tracking tools.
• We do not serve any advertisements.

In-App Purchases (Spicy Pack)

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (the Spicy Pack, £1.99). All payments are processed entirely by Apple's App Store billing system. We do not see, store, or have access to your payment card details or billing information at any time.

Purchase entitlement is verified through RevenueCat, a third-party service that processes purchase receipts to confirm ownership. RevenueCat may collect limited purchase-related identifiers to track entitlements across reinstalls. No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat. Device Permissions

• Sharing: only when you tap the Share button to send a result image. We do not access your contacts or messages.
• Vibration: for haptic feedback during gameplay. No special permission required.
• Audio: for in-app sound effects only. No microphone access is used or requested.

Children's Privacy

This App is rated 16+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Retention

Since no personal data is transmitted to or stored by us, there is no server-side data to retain or delete. All gameplay data exists only locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App's features change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
